Vacuum Chuck
Holds Down LGA in Graphite
During Solder Paste Stencil Printing
Simply place graphite on top of the C7-VACUUM-CHUCK-A tool. Connect to a ≥3 CFM vacuum pump using 5/16-inch (8mm) diameter hose. Creates a vacuum within the graphite structure to firmly hold down the LGA. Prevents LGA (CLGA) substrate from lifting while applying solder paste during stencil printing. Provides easy access to the X/Y adjustable knobs on the graphite base.
